We’re proud to share that Cody Campanale, Director of Land Development & Finance, has been named a recipient of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40, presented by the Ottawa Board of Trade in partnership with the Ottawa Business Journal.
This annual Forty Under 40 program celebrates the city’s most accomplished young business leaders, individuals who are not only driving results, but helping shape the future of Ottawa’s business and development landscape.
Since joining Campanale, Cody has played a key role in shaping the company’s approach to land development and long-term growth, bringing a strategic, forward-looking perspective to how communities are planned and delivered. His leadership has helped strengthen the company’s development pipeline while supporting a shift toward housing solutions that respond to evolving market needs.
Beyond his role, Cody is actively involved in the broader industry through his work with the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association, where he contributes to discussions around housing supply, urban infill, and responsible growth. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa, supporting initiatives that expand access to safe, affordable housing across the region.
