Homeowners Seminar
As a new Campanale homeowner, you will be invited to a Homeowner's Seminar at the Head Office Design Centre. The seminar will give the new homeowner information on what happens after they buy a Campanale Home. Topics include: upgrades & making your design centre appointment; construction process & scheduling; electrical inspection; pre-delivery inspection (PDI); Ontario New Home Warranty Program (ONHWP) rules & regulations; after sales service; and much more. The PowerPoint presentation lasts approximately 45 minutes with time set aside for any and all your questions. You are invited to come meet your new neighbours and have some refreshments on us.
